Break Through Barriers and Achieve Measurable Results with NEC™!

Are you considering a career or lifestyle change? Are you an executive or business owner seeking to run your company more effectively? Are you struggling with a relationship and feel you’re trying too hard to make it work? Do you want to feel centered, balanced or simply, comfortable in your own skin? Are you successful in your career, but want to do better. You know that something is holding you back but they don’t know what it is.

Now you can successfully break through barriers and achieve measurable results in any area of your life with holistic executive coaching technique called Neuro Emotional Coaching™.

What Is NEC™?

NEC is a combines executive coaching with knowledge about the human brain and its implication regarding change and leadership. It intentionally changes one’s response to circumstance.

How Does NEC Work?

For starters, we use muscle testing to determine an individual’s true emotional response to circumstance by that we mean how one consciously and not-so-consciously reacts to a situation, person, goal or dream.

What Is Muscle Testing?

Muscle testing is a 2000 year old technology that comes to us from China. It is based on the premise that a muscle will perform weaker when a person is speaking in ways that are not in inline with all levels of consciousness and that the muscle will perform stronger when they are speaking in line with all their levels of consciousness.

Tell Me More About the Conscious and Not-So-Conscious Part of the Brain

The brain controls everything about us; our thoughts, our emotions, our movements; simply everything. It has three major parts to it a smart brain called neocortex (it creates our thoughts, language and anything to do with analysis). The emotional brain called limbic brain (it creates our emotions) and the lizard part of the brain called reptilian brain (it produces the fight or flight response). The limbic and reptilian brains are not controllable because they are subconscious and unconscious. Now why does this matter? If the smart brain wants to start a business, the emotional part of the brain is scared and the lizard brain is threatened by the thought of failure, the person is going to be challenged to direct him or herself to do the behaviors that are going to give them what they wanted in the first place.

That is where NEC comes in. Using tools from psychology, organizational development, acupuncture, etc., we find out what negative emotion is blocking them from moving forward with their goals. We get all parts of the brain pulling in the same direction.

Meet Pavlov’s Dog You may have heard of the famous experiment Pavlov conducted with dogs, where he rang a bell each time the dogs were fed. Soon, the dogs linked the sound of the bell with eating and would salivate simply at the sound of the bell even when no food was present. This is called a conditioned response. Emotional reactions to situations can also be conditioned, and sometimes after just one life experience — especially if it was a traumatic one!

Similar But Different Pavlov discovered something else. If a dog is conditioned to salivate at the sound of a bell, the bell can be changed to another bell that sounds slightly different and the dog will still salivate. The same thing can happen with our conditioned emotional responses.

For example, let’s consider the case of a young boy who was severely scolded by his father for making a simple mistake. This incident caused him great anxiety and an upset stomach. Today, as an adult, he finds himself becoming overly tense and gets an upset stomach whenever an older man (e.g., his boss) criticizes him in any way. He doesn’t consciously connect the two incidents, and can’t figure out why he feels ill. NET can help make the connection and efficiently resolve the problem.

What Do People Walk Away With?

Sales Personal Eliminates His Fear Of Rejection:
By eliminating his fear of rejection a financial planner was able to consistently execute his “scorecard” increasing his income by 30 percent.

Blind Spots Were Removed:
A CEO and owner of a 100+ million dollar company was unaware of how her communication issue with her husband was blocking her from communication clearly with her leadership team, a team of six. Once she identified her blind spot and addressed her communication issues with her husband, she was able to communicate the vision for her company in a compelling way, inspiring her leadership team to rise to a new level and taking the company past the 120 million dollar mark.

Improved Self Management And Self-Direction:
A solo entrepreneur who had a life-long distain for asking his client to pay his fee was able to quadruple his income once his negative past experience around money stemming from his day was brought to the surface and neutralized.

Rewiring For Success:
An executive VP had trouble with public speaking which caused him to become not promotable. He was not able to control his anxiety when in the executive board room. Once the “true” connecting was identified and the hidden triggers were addressed he was able to speak with confidence and clarity. Needless to say that has been promoted again.

Overal Leadership:
A global leader was able to overcome his conditioned response to a “culturally diverse” employee. Communcation became powerful, clear and effective.
